About

Freestyle skier born and raised in San Francisco to an American father and Chinese mother, who began competing for China in 2019. Broke onto the scene at the 2021 X Games Aspen aged 17 as the first-ever woman rookie to win three medals. At the 2022 Beijing Olympics, aged 18, became the youngest Olympic freeski champion, winning gold in big air and halfpipe plus silver in slopestyle - the first freestyle skier to medal in all three events at a single Games. At the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics she won halfpipe gold and added silver medals in big air and slopestyle, setting the all-time Olympic freestyle skiing medal record with three golds and three silvers across two Games. An international relations major, she graduated from Stanford University in June 2026.

Won two golds and a silver at the 2022 Beijing Olympics (big air gold, halfpipe gold, slopestyle silver), then halfpipe gold plus big air and slopestyle silvers at Milano Cortina 2026, giving her the all-time Olympic freestyle skiing medal record with three golds and three silvers. Holds 14 World Cup halfpipe wins, the most of any skier, and reached her 19th career World Cup win across all three disciplines in December 2025.
