With rich additional detail. Post was born in Austria in 1983 (per Kastle's own athlete page) and raised skiing in Sun Valley, Idaho, now based in the Jackson Hole/Teton Valley area for the past decade. He's a two-time US Extreme Freeskiing Champion with numerous TGR film appearances, and doubles as a published writer for Powder, Freeskier, and Skiing magazines covering his own expeditions from Alaska's Brooks Range to the Chilean Andes. Beyond skiing, he founded Cruxley, a lightweight solar-power company for backcountry expeditions, born out of frustration with cumbersome gear on a 2022 HBO 'Edge of the Earth' shoot with TGR in Glacier Bay. Equipment: rides the Kastle FX116 per Kastle's own social media, which shows him testing the ski extensively in Alaska with TGR. Also sponsored by Lange for boots, but no specific pro-model boot could be confirmed via Lange's own site or press after checking -- documented here as brand-confirmed, model unspecified.
