About

Swiss cross-country skier (Tambo Spluegen) from Lohn, Graubunden. Competed for Switzerland at the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Part of Switzerland's 4x7.5km relay silver medal team (with Cyril Fahndrich, Jason Ruesch and Valerio Grond) at the 2025 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Trondheim, also placing 20th in the skiathlon at that event. Announced his retirement from professional racing in a March 2025 interview, saying the decision had been made the previous spring (2024); the 2025 Trondheim Worlds stood as his final major competition.

FIS official biography lists his status as 'Not active' and his FIS points lists run only through the 2024-25 season (his most recent listed result is the 2025 Trondheim Worlds), suggesting he may have stepped back from competition since.
