German World Cup alpine ski racer and slalom specialist, born 4 August 1991 in Munich, raised in Germering; races for SV Germering. Comes from a ski-racing family - her father Peter Duerr and sister Katharina Duerr were both professional alpine racers. Made her World Cup debut in February 2008 at age 16. Won her first World Cup race, a parallel slalom City Event in Moscow, in January 2013 as a reserve entrant. Her second win came exactly a decade later, a slalom at Spindleruv Mlyn in January 2023, edging out Mikaela Shiffrin a day after the two swapped podium positions in the opposite order. Won bronze in slalom at the 2023 World Championships. Has competed at three Winter Olympics (2018, 2022, 2026), winning a team-event medal, and eight World Championships (2011-2025), with 3 total World Championship medals.

FIS Code 206355. Wikipedia lists slalom as her sole specialization and both her World Cup wins (2, 1 SL + 1 parallel City Event) and nearly all 18 career podiums (17 SL, 1 CE) came in slalom or slalom-format events, with no giant-slalom podiums - so 'slalom' is the more precise single-discipline label, though GS remains a secondary event she still races. 3 World Championship medals across 8 appearances (2011-2025), including bronze in slalom, 2023. 3 Olympic appearances (2018, 2022, 2026), 1 team-event medal, no individual Olympic medal. 2nd in the slalom discipline standings, 2024.
