About

Czech biathlete who grew up skiing in the Czech mountains almost as soon as she could walk. Broke through with silver and gold at the 2018 Junior World Championships in Otepää, then took mixed relay bronze at the 2020 World Championships (with Eva Puskarčíková, Ondřej Moravec, and Michal Krčmář) and competed at the 2018 and 2022 Olympics. Won individual gold at the 2021 World Championships with a perfect 20-for-20 shooting performance - the Czech Republic's first individual World Championship gold since the Gabriela Koukalová era - and added the season-long IBU Individual World Cup title in 2021-22. A herniated disc forced surgery in March 2025 and cut short most of that season, but she was still voted Czech Biathlete of the Year for 2025, her sixth time winning the honor.

Her official athlete page is on Fischer's own site, with a full pictured equipment section.
