About
French cross-country skier (Club des Sports de Méribel - Armée), born in Briançon to a French father and Djiboutian mother, and a leading sprint specialist on the World Cup since 2015 (10 seasons through 2025-26) with 20 individual podiums (133 starts: 4 wins) plus 3 team podiums (1 team-sprint win) from 14 team starts. First Frenchman to win a FIS Cross-Country World Cup discipline globe (Sprint, 2021-22). Won team sprint bronze at the 2018 Pyeongchang and 2022 Beijing Olympics, plus 4x10km relay bronze at the 2019 and 2023 World Championships. Represented France at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Olympics despite his own FIS biography listing his status as 'Retired.'
World Cup record through 2025-26 season: 4 individual wins, 20 individual podiums (133 starts); 1 team win, 3 team podiums (14 starts). 1 discipline title (Sprint, 2021-22). Olympics: team sprint bronze (2018, 2022). World Championships: 4x10km relay bronze (2019, 2023). Note: his FIS biography lists status as 'Retired,' yet FIS's own results data shows him competing at the February 2026 Milano-Cortina Olympics (sprint qualification and final) - flagging this inconsistency rather than resolving it.
